1 egg white
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup sliced cooked chicken
In a small bowl, mix egg white, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, oil and chicken broth. Sprinkle mixture over chicken in a single layer in a large roasting pan. Cover and cook in the oven until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from roasting pan and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, mix chicken broth, chicken and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low, stirring frequently.
Remove chicken from roasting pan and place in broth mixture. Pour over chicken and toss to coat. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
