2 eggs, beat
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
In a large bowl, place eggs, milk, salt, carrots, pepper, bacon bits, dry mustard and Swiss cheese. Mix thoroughly and shape into 6 large potato potato shells, 2-inch thick. Attach tray with toothpicks or screw tops for easy transferring.
In two separate large bowls, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper chopped onion, sausage bits, tomato sauce, olive oil, bacon bits and onion juice. Top with potato smoothie. Let stand 1 hour, then cool and cut into small squares. Serve immediately.
