Brownies II Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup whole milk chocolate beans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Line bottom and sides of pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, eggs, cornstarch, lemon zest, oil, sour cream and vanilla. Beat mixture until smooth. Fold in chocolate beans. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the top comes out easily. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Roll and cut into squares. Chocolate brownies with brownies crumbs: Reserve 1/2 cup brownies crumbs. Cut remaining brownie crumbs into green chocolate squares. Frost brownies. Release chocolate brownies onto serving plate.
