3 cc water
2 pounds ground beef
1 large tomato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup dry white wine
water to cover
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir all together. Pour in water and prepare sauce.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until chicken is covered and ready to cook.
