1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup molasses
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in molasses and milk. Beat in butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool completely.
