1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and milk until smooth. Beat in banana and vanilla. Combine whipped topping and bananas. Roll on top of the banana cream mixture to seal. Place serving rolls in a medium baking sheet. Spread about 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until lower in temperature. Cool in pan for several minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
