Ranch Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients

6 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers

1/2 can diced tomatoes

1 small onion, diced

1 teaspoon salt or salt-free seasoning to taste

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garam: white sugar mix

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 skullcap, trimmed

2 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions

In a small saucepan, cook chopped peppers and tomatoes in 1/2 cup of water until peppers are slightly wilted. Remove from heat. Stir in onion, oregano, garam, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, and skullcap. Pour into a large bowl to cool.
