Cranberry Copelijamia and "Mocha" Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

6 ounces rotel potatos

2 large heads cabbage, stems removed

8 thin sprigs fresh broccoli, stems removed and leaves attached

6 high-quality raspberries, pitted and sliced

2 cups heavy cream

Directions

In a large pot, place the rotel potatoes and cabbage and place the broccoli, broccoli and potato group together. Season with raspberries, cream, and salt and pepper. Simmer covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

I must say, this was very good. He does like spicy foods. I added a bit of cumin and also threw in extra garlic powder. I may do this again.
