1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, pepper and garlic oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 (2 pound) whole black peppercorn or pearl
1 cup whole shrimp, drained and flaked
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (7 ounce) can crabmeat
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil about 5 minutes. Stir into the onion and garlic oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Pour in olive oil and stir in white wine.
Saute crabmeat and shrimp about 5 minutes more. Add butter, olive oil, crabmeat mixture and butter/water mixture to pan and stir well into the crab mixture. Pour over chicken and shrimp to serve.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
