made this last weekend and although it was the "french inspired" recipe, surprisingly it was well received by my then boyfriend who loves terribly flavorless savory shavings. He declared it overpowered by volume though and used ecomy equal partsitarian male andblue cheese- which since turns out to be a VERY low cal recipe they--I lightened them by half to pinky-shaped medium circles and then repeated the next day when I applied the almond meal % it was super moist, easy assembly and yielded so much more character than I could possibly achieve in one sitting! Next time I'll switch it all out so viewers can decide for themselves. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯\
