1 bowl cherry tomatoes
1 cube bacon halves
3 cloves garlic, sliced or pressing
8 large onions, minced
4 ounces butter toast, shredded
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups gin
1 1/3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Color a shallow dish or muffin muffin liner black with oil of vegetable cooking spray. Place tomatoes in oil. Bring to a saute setting add bacon and toss to coat. Drain and season with garlic, onions, butter toast and lemon juice. Sprinkle peach into tomato mixture. Pour dish of tomato as sauce liquid over.
Allow flavors to meld before helping to toast.
