1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, garnish
3/4 onion, chopped
3/4 head cabbage, shredded
1 whole celery
2 precooked minest potatoes, cubed
2 leeks, cored and chopped
Preheat oven to 4 to 350 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat. To the butter add sliced onion, celery and diced potatoes. Saute for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
Serve over potatoes and onions; add leeks, and cook 5 minutes more.
