1 (16 ounce) package pasta
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, horseradish, green onions, tomato paste, tomato soup and mushrooms. Mix well and pour over pasta.
