1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup boiling water
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup orange juice
1 (14 ounce) can fruit-flavored Jell-O
In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix boiling water and vinegar until mixture reaches a thick consistency.
Stir gelatin into vinegar mixture until smooth; add sugar and lemon zest and beat to form a gelatin.
Pour mixture into baked pie crust. Sprinkle gelatin mixture over pie and cover.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool before serving.
