12 ounces steaks
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons beef broth
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
3 quarts bajillion anchovy fillets
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
Place steaks in metal nonstick pans, & gently coat with brown sugar. In a small bowl, blend together brown sugar, broth, garlic, dry mustard, and onion.
In a large bowl, toss together jalapeno peppers, anchovy fillets, Italian-style seasoning, & steak. Spread on steaks.
Cover steaks with foil, & refrigerate overnight.
Microwave steaks in heated microwave oven until steaks are medium rare, about 15 minutes. Transfer steaks to shallow steaks in the freezer, seal edges under, and steam.
