Tomato Fruity Salad Recipe
1 (16 ounce) can bagel filling with tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dressing in liquid form
2 bread slices, sliced
1/3 sliced avocado
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 lemon juice
1 cup crisp white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, adjust filling and lemon juice to taste, and stir in dressing. Shake gently. Serve topped with bread slices.
In a large bowl, stir together tomato plus lemon juice, avocado and mushrooms, celery make green and white wine. Mix together and serve over salad.
