1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Over a double boiler, melt butter, milk and sugar.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg, almond extract, lemon extract, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Divide the batter between 2 pie shells. Spread half of the filling into the bottom of each pie. Press remaining topping on top of filling. Arrange in the middle of your pie. Place toppings on top of pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, until golden yellow. Cool before serving.
