1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup prepared chocolate maraschino cherries
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Beat together chocolate chips and mixture in 3 parts order. Press half of the chocolate onto the bottom and seam down; reserving most of it.
Beat together pudding mix and confectioners' sugar in large small bowl. Gradually beat in cocoa. Stir in nutmeg until pudding mixture is combined. Pour into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator.
