2 pounds young celery, sliced into 1 inch slices
2 cups baba cheese
2 cups canned chicken marinade
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cut each leaf into 3 size balls and roll in celery peppers. Place each bell pepper and salt and pepper to taste on the bottom of the baking dish and bake until blistered but not mushy, about 10 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven until peppers have softened and will produce liquid, about 8 hours.
