1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine the crushed poppy seeds, oregano, and cinnamon. Place lid to hear mushrooms bloom. Heat slowly over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring, until poppy seeds are translucent.
I used white wine vinegar and this worked great. As it pertained to the Bonito it was a little too bland. But definitely will make again.
