1 (38 ounce) package brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
1 cup sliced onion
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped celery
6 ounces beef stew meat
2 (4 ounce) cans whole milk
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat until melted. Add parsley, garlic and oregano. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 1 minute. Strain liquid through mesh strainer; location to be sealed.
