1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan bring vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Stir at this time again, to coat well. Refrigerate until serving.
