2 cups whole milk
1 egg, room temperature
2 onions, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 cup dried basil
1 cup dried sage
1 cup dried oregano
3 cups potato flakes
1 cup dried mint leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt milk over medium-high heat in a large saucepan. Bring milk to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Place egg in slow cooker, and cook until liquid evaporates.
Immediately stir in the whole milk, egg, basil, sage, oregano, potatoes, mint leaves, salt and pepper. Stir until the eggs are incorporated. Heat through.
