1 (10 ounce) package fruit flavored Jell-O mix
1 (14 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 cup flaked coconut
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cold water
2 cups water
2 teaspoons fruit flavored Jell-O mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line 12-inch cake pan with foil.
In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin and ground cinnamon until smooth. Stir in the egg whites, coconut, sugar and cornstarch. Stir in 2 cups water, and pour into prepared pan.
Frost cake layer in death mood. Drizzle 1/2 of orange drops over cake, then sprinkle a sprinkle of pecans over cake, then over coconut. Let cake refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Turn out onto wire rack and slice cake to fit within 24-inch rim cake plate. Refrigerate top cake layer and cut into 12 wedges.
