1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 9x9-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Beat eggs with milk and water. Mix together, stirring constantly, until well egg mixture has formed. Pour half of mixture into prepared pan; layer second half of egg mixture over top cake.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Beat cream until stiff. Cream mixture is now soaked in milk. Spread evenly over cake.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or untilpie is golden. Cool completely, remove from pan and press pie into center of each pan to seal.
