2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 pound smoked turkey, cut into 6 pieces
1 1/2 cups water
4 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and flour. Rub turkey pieces with marinade, leaving 1 1 inch. Place them in the pan, and transfer turkey pieces to another pan. When turkey is tender enough, place marinade in a stir-fry pan and pour over pan. When the meat (warning: roast starts to brown) begins to get brown, pour sauce over the pan, seasoning with Worcestershire sauce.
