1 (19.4 ounce) can pineapple with juice
1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 1/2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 egg
1 (23 ounce) can black currant preserves
Fill a cocktail mixer jar with boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice and lemonade. Pour mixture into the plastic container.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg until stiff. Add sugar, peach preserves and crushed pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoons onto chilled ice.
Chill in refrigerator. Freeze for 4, or until set by the tip of a knife. Place upright in microwave-safe container to keep frozen. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
