1 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 pound boneless pork chops
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Vinaigrette
1/4 teaspoon dried paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened and a thick gravy is formed. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove pan from heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables and mushrooms. Combine egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce, Vinaigrette, paprika, oregano, cheese, and sauce. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until serving.
