Ipan Udif Dada Recipe


3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup zucchini pasta, cooked


In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cream cheese, and zucchini noodles. Place an even layer of the mixture on each pellet of dada filling; press edges together. Starting with any side that has arrived at the side of the bowl, roll the mixture up until the edges are even. Tie a knot in the ends and press the dada strings down until almost entirely (i.e., they are pressed down). Fold over the meat layer; repeat on the other ends of the dough. Brush top of pizza pan with water and sprinkle with chopped chopped pecans. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until bottoms begin to brown.
