Pineapple Shake Recipe

Ingredients

4 orange slices

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

In a blender, combine pineapple slices, pineapple juice concentrate, lemon zest and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Garnish with lemon drops.

Creator of the recipe Ken is awesome. I made this quick, easy recipe and I followed exactly the recipe to bed... except I didn't have potato chips. So I just left them out and came up with a pretty good Neuse Cookbook flavor. Would make again--a great flavor.
