Hot Tomato Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

2 lemons, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 lemons, peeled and quartered

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions

In a blender, combine lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, lemon slices and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour over chicken and serve immediately.

I wanted to give this a second shot as it was resealing at the other diner. Didn't cook down the water as much as I thought but maintained a low temperature of cooler than 140F (the temp was perfect) and did three burns in rapid succession. Then thought better of it and went ahead and cooked it down the cola. It was perfect. Do two for lunch and then dinner and be prepared.
