2 lemons, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 lemons, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
In a blender, combine lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, lemon slices and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour over chicken and serve immediately.
