4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup butter
2 (3 ounce) packages instant nonfat dry fudge mix
6 ounces chopped pecans
In a large saucepan, melt chocolate. Stir in butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Remove from pan and chill.
In a medium bowl, stir together fudge mix and pecans. Pour over melted chocolate mixture. Chill mixture completely in refrigerator.
Spread fudge mixture onto a large baking sheet. Frost with pecans before cutting into squares. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
