Mushroom Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 large onion, sliced

1 (8 ounce) package frozen cut flat leaf lettuce, thawed

1 (8 ounce) can mushroom sauce

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the mixed vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.

Transfer the vegetables into a second large bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture into 2 7 quart casserole dishes and place a layer of corn salad over vegetables. Sprinkle the onion and mushrooms over the greens and vegetables. Spread the mushroom sauce over the vegetables.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
