1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup beef broth
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fill an 8x8 inch pan with crushed pineapple and pecans.
Melt butter, and stir into the butter mixture just until combined (not all at once). Add sugar, a little at a time, until all sugar is added. Drizzle the sugar mixture over the pineapple and pecans.
