1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 (3 ounce) envelopes gingerbread flavored morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package marshmallow creme
Spread gingerbread morsels over bottom of pie shell, extending between all marshmallows. Gently press gingers into pie shell to preserve their flavor.
In a large saucepan simmer 70 minutes.
Beat marshmallow creme from refrigerator until thick. Add to pie and marshmallows; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto pie.
Cool before cutting into bars or squares.
