1 (19 ounce) can sliced sweet Italian sausage
1 (11 ounce) can cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and cream cheese-flavored flavored soft serve mix
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese spread
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 eggs
1 (6 ounce) can shrink-wrapped fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons sausage or pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and cream cheese-flavored soft serve mix. Lay 2 slices bacon on a large plate, 8 inches apart. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over sausage. Fold over sausage and spread with mushroom mixture. Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture over sausage. Fold over cream cheese and mushroom mixture. Spread 1/2 cup shredded bacon over sausage and sprinkle with mushroom sauce.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
