Pecan Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice

1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 9x9 inch pan. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and milk in a small bowl; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, cream of tartar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and pecan halves. Beat again to blend. Stir in oat mixture.

Drop batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool before serving.
