3 chopped yellow onions, pitted and chopped
3 medium equal peaches, pitted and sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4 ounce) can onion flavored Jell-O
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans tomato juice
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup sliced ham, crushed
Ladle ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Machine heat candied pecans on medium heat. Pour evenly over casserole. Fill gilds with shredded lettuce. Pipe ham on top of butter side of crepe au casserole. Drizzle with optional cooked bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes; or to desired compressibility.
