1 (18.5 ounce) package white sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package Italian-style salad dressing
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix cooked tomato, sour cream, Italian dressing, tomato paste, garlic, and pepper. Let chill at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the broiler.
Slice tomato meat thinly and scoop into large bowls. Arrange tomato slices on a medium baking sheet. Place a few tablespoons of tomato juice over meat. Place serrated knife down meat to prevent sticking. Broil 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once. Serve in bowls with warmed tomato soup.
