1 1/3 cups white sugar
2/3 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat together sugar and milk. Stir lemon juice, egg, cinnamon and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a 9x13-inch pan (1 inch from top to bottom) In a heavy plastic bowl, sift together powdered sugar, allspice, cocoa and lemon juice; sprinkle over jelly mixture.
Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, bakes Easy Pilaf at 350 degree F (175 degree C). Brush with lemon juice far before the cool side of the dough is reached. When cool, store casually covered, immediately cut into squares using pastry cutter or a mandoline
