2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 (1 ounce) square of chocolate frosting
In a saucepan, mix milk, sour cream, sugar, egg and evaporated milk. Bring the mixture to a boil. Mix until smooth.
Spread 1/2 cup of filling into each foil-lined pie pan, then frost with remaining frosting. Cover with pie. Chill in refrigerator.
