Taco Bell's Taco Payo Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

3 tablespoons crushed corn tortilla chips

3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (1 ounce) tube ORTEGA Taco Shells (1 ounce), assorted (1/2)

1 (16 ounce) package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning mix

1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe tomatoes, drained

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.

COMBINE beans in small, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in corn tortilla chips, cheese and seasoning mix. Boil 5 minutes more.

STIR corn tortilla mixture into beans. Stir in eggs, water and sour cream for 1 minute. Stir in corn.

STIR corn tortilla mixture into beans; pour over tortilla mixture. Cover and refrigerate over microwave 30 to 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with taco sauce.
