Ham and Cheese and Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, softened

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (4 ounce) can chopped ham, drained

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 (8 ounce) package frozen puff pastry (such as Toastie)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter, milk, lemon pepper, garlic powder, cream cheese, ham, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut the cream cheese into 1/2 inch strips. Cut the ham into 1/2 inch strips. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper and cheese mixture. Fold the floured strips of cream cheese onto the bottom and 1 to 2 inches up side of the prepared baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Brush with egg white cheese mixture. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining lemon pepper and cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
