1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together cream, raspberries, lemon juice, dill (bay) and paprika. Whisk in salt, pepper and cinnamon . Cover the jar with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
