Big Danish Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package heavy cream

2 eggs

3/4 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix flaked coconut, instant vanilla pudding mix and cream. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and cocoa.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; pour into cooled mixture. Pour into an 8x8 inch dish and refrigerate overnight.

To prepare, place cake mixture 1 1/2 cups cake flour, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of the cocoa powder into a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a small toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
