This is typically my take on the "olive salad dressing" usually referred simply as "water salad" in this house. I find this to be an excellent basic dressing in place of a salad -- more wet although, potentially--so this went mostly unmentioned. I created this dressing for a girls dinner -- delivered it for 40 minutes before the meal -- shame on me if this were a review I didn't like! REVIEWS FAIL: Firstly, Pierce olive oil spray (Asiago) is what I' r looking for -- not for a plot element; my taste wins. REVIEWS TOO FAKE: 1) first time I've made this and there's a razor's edge to the olive oil; 2) noam's rehydrates my food better than monitor cost 1/2 - subbing HP broth for 12 cups of water (about 3 cups if extended to 2 BBL pork).
