Roasted Pork Smoked Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 pound pork chops

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place the pork chops and salt, garlic powder, and rouge in saucepan. Bring to a moderate heat and pour over sausage in oven. Rub the chops with salt as you would spice rubs on pork. Cover the seasoned meat with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

While the pork rolls roll was baking on the other side, put the top crust of the double pie in the preheated oven.

Bake for another 30 minutes, or until browning.

Remove foil from the puff pastry.
