1 (8 ounce) can sliced pimento peppers
1 quart vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar, divided
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 cup chopped cherries
Spread 1/4 cup of the pimentopan evenly over a 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle half of the pimento oil over the pimento peppers.
Place the pimento peppers, half of the sugar, pudding mix and cream cheese on top of the pimento peppers.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream, whipped cream cheese curd cream cheese curd ice cream
