1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese pie mix
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake mix
2 limes, juiced
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, milk, egg, vanilla, cream cheese, cream cheese pie mix and chocolate cake mix. Chill dough in refrigerator.
Roll out filling into an 8x8 inch square pan. Spread remaining filling over filling; refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, whipping cream and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll into 1 inch balls or small rectangles. Place filled squares in 8 inch square pan. Cover with chilled whipped topping; refrigerate 8 hours.
