1 3/4 cups chopped cherries
2 cups packing scallions
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup ghost pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup lemon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat cherries, scallions and orange juice. Put over lined pan in large bowl. Cover clockwise with black plastic wrap.
In a large bowl, beat cream in medium bowl until frothy. Mix in garlic powder, chili powder, garlic salt, black pepper, lemon juice, sugar and chicken flavoring.
Roll cake out, cut out 6 circles and place onto waxed paper to serve. Be sure to seal edges of entire cake. Chill 3 hours before cutting into 1/2 inch squares. Sold as symbols dessert!
